So i spent an hour doodling aimlessly and writing thoughts down. My favorite one is the one about the letter y :P

This weeks! Tried for a saturated kind of look this week. I toyed for a while with adding a film grain filter, but it looked very, very lame. Also, i messed up with the name! Gah!

I would change it, but i have to get to school. Man, theres a phrase i haven't used in ages.

I follow a webcomic (that updates every blue moon) called Dresden Codak. It's a strange one indeed, with awesome art and a science minded theme. Recently, the author has been working on putting together a show and posted the trailer this morning. It's just like the comic, strange :)

Batmans and More Espers!

So, I've finished Final Fantasy 6. Finally. I had the playstation version a long long time ago, but i never got around to finishing it. I think it's because I got it after i got part 7. And part 7 was in 3D. You can probably see why i played that one more. Anyway, I am glad i have that out of the way. And i was happy with the end. Strangely though, i had no trouble with the last boss at all. Well, not entirely.

You see, i had some trouble getting to the last boss. So i decided to level the characters a bit and i think i got carried away. Most the party were around level 50 (45 is reccomended for the last boss) and two of my girls were level 70. One of them, get this, could hit up to 8 times per turn.

Doing a little research on the DS version of Final Fantasy 3, to see if its worth getting. But 6, is widely regarded as a classic, and theres a lot of words debated on whether or not its better than 7. Graphics wise, of course 7 is the victor. I'd have to give points to 6's battle system though, which is very very flexible. And of course, they give you like 14 characters to mooch around with.

Onto another Geeky subject, I got Batman: The Brave and the Bold off of Wilson recently. It's an awesome show. The art style is reminiscent of the old Adam West TV show, and it's very very cheesy.
Batman approves. And so do i, because it's pretty easy to draw the B&B Batman :P

Because of the hammer, geddit? Done for this weeks remake/remodel. Thinking of this as a preliminary experiment, as theres a lot more fun i feel like i can have with this one :P

Also, sad news today. Angela's Ashes made me feel very grateful about the quality of life of my childhood, and made me cry and laugh. Sometimes at the same time. Moce, Frank.

Three wolves of course. The comments for the shirt that features this image (on Amazon.com) were so funny i spilled coffee all over myself at the office. So before you click the link, make sure you have a cup o' joe ready. That way i won't feel so embarrassed by my retarded coffee drinking skills.

I shouldn't spend so much time alone. My mind has strange tangents. Thought this up on the way home from the bread shop, and couldn't stop giggling to myself. Several people on the street must have wondered if i was a crazy person. In their defense i was still wearing my pajamas at midday.

Here we go

So, the colors have been chosen, the avatar and the banner are brand spanking new (yes, thats a badly drawn dragon...also a viking) and I think that'll do for now. I wish there was a way for me to have a slight texture on the background...but I dunno if Blogspot lets you do that without choosing one of them fancy layouts. I like this layout as it is, functional and such.

Tomorrow, i am going to be twenty years old. Thats a long time, you know, when you think about in terms of the average human life. I'm just happy that i have accomplished something to show for my twenty years, you know? I've written things, I'm in love, theres the not so distance prospect of tertiary education around the corner and well, there's still a lot left to do.

This is also the 250th post on this blog, i remember starting this thing, back in 2007 and not having a general direction for the damn thing. I still don't, but at least i've kept at it, which should say something. I'm not actually sure what that says, perhaps that i have a lot spare time on my hands, but at least it says something.

So, like the title says, here we go. And i mean we, you and i. I mean, if you're reading this, whether this is the first time you accidently clicked on the site, or if you're a friend of mine who's hopefully going to buy me lunch tomorrow (it's my fricking birthday!), i want to say thanks.

He's the Boss

Done for this weeks Remake/ Remodel. Was a bit tough this week. And i'm not happy at all with this. Mine ended up being really similar to another guys, i guess we both saw the Office Space-ish potential of a group of supervillains. His is better though >_>
